What materials are the artificial flowers made from?
Our artificial flowers are made from materials such as polyester, silk, polyethylene, wax, and rubber. Grasses like Sprengheri, Eucalyptus, and Anthurium are made from polyester, making them a bit sturdier.
Is it possible to include a card with my order?
Yes, it is. You can indicate your desire for a card and your message in the comments section. We will add a card to your order.
Can I view the products or do you have a showroom?
We are an online store only and do not have a physical showroom. Therefore, it is not possible to view the flowers in person. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to email us.
Can I have a bouquet arranged by you?
Please send us the following information via email or contact form: the desired height/height of your vase and the style and color you want. If possible, mention one of our bouquets so we know the model you would like.
Can I purchase a gift voucher from you?
Yes, we offer e-vouchers containing a unique code that you can use to shop in our webshop. You can give this as a gift by emailing us or filling out our contact form.
The items I want to order are out of stock or insufficient in quantity.
Email us the item number (and the quantity), and we will check if the item is possibly on the way or can be delivered on order. This also applies to special occasions where a large quantity is needed.
Can artificial flowers be placed in a vase with water?
We advise against this as there is wire incorporated into artificial flowers that can rust when placed in water. As an alternative, hardening with epoxy resin can be used. This looks like real water and has the advantage of keeping the artificial flowers in shape.
Are your bouquets/artificial flowers impregnated with a certificate?
Our artificial flowers are not impregnated as standard, but they can be impregnated easily. For more information and advice, please contact us.
My bouquet order is a gift; can you wrap it?
All bouquets from Kunstbloemenplus are packaged as gifts.
Is it possible to pick up my order/visit a store?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order. We do not have a physical store.

Can my order be delivered in the evening?
Yes, this is possible for an additional fee of €1.55. You can select evening delivery during the checkout process under delivery times, then click on "Retrieve delivery times."

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. You will receive a track and trace code from PostNL when your package has arrived at the sorting center.
